1. About EyesoLights

“EyesoLights” is a brand operated by SFMC Productions Limited, a corporation incorporated in Canada, doing business as EyesoLights (“SFMC Productions Limited”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). EyesoLights offers small-batch, decorative LED nursery and ambient lighting products. All products are designed, manufactured and assembled in British Columbia, Canada, and sold exclusively within Canada.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or purchasing a product from EyesoLights, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 

3. Products and Intended Use

EyesoLights products are decorative lighting products intended for use under adult supervision. They are not toys and should be kept out of reach of infants and young children. Products must be used in accordance with the provided instructions.  Use only the 12 volt adapter plug supplied with the EyesoLight. The plug is labeled clearly.

4. Handcrafted and 3D-Printed Products

EyesoLights products are produced using 3D printing and small-batch fabrication methods. Each product is one-of-a-kind and may exhibit minor variations in texture, finish, or appearance. These variations are normal and do not affect the function or safety of the product.

5. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers, including Wix Payments and Moneris. Applicable taxes (GST, PST, or HST) are calculated at checkout.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is available within Canada only. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is handed to the shipping carrier.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products. Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery and must include proof of purchase.

8. Limited Warranty

EyesoLights warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 90 days from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, modification, improper installation, accidents, or normal wear and tear. At our discretion, we will repair, replace, or refund any product found to be defective.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SFMC Productions Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of EyesoLights products.

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, text, images, and branding associated with EyesoLights are the intellectual property of SFMC Productions Limited and may not be used without written permission.

11. Privacy

EyesoLights does not create customer accounts and does not collect email addresses for marketing purposes. Payments are processed securely by third-party providers.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
